Returns Policy

We understand purchasing online can be tricky, if you aren't happy with your purchase and would like to return your order for a refund or exchange, please email info@lavintage.co.nz with your name and order number. 

Orders can be returned within 5 working days of receiving your order (14 working days for international orders). 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with the tag attached. We do not accept returns for sale/discounted items.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days once we have received the returned item/s.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

All discounted items and items on sale are final sale. They are unable to be returned unless they are faulty.
