Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.
How long does shipping take?
NEW ZEALAND: NZ Post Express | 1-2 business days.
AUSTRALIA: DHL Express | 2-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: DHL Express | 3-5 business days.
*Please allow additional time for any rural deliveries.

Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched and tracking information will be visible once it is collected by the courier.
If you have not received a tracking number check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at info@lavintage.co.nz with your order number.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to change your delivery address the sooner we know the better! Please email us ASAP at info@lavintage.co.nz with your preferred address and we'll aim to get this updated for you.
How do I return my order?
Send us an email info@lavintage.co.nz with your name, order number and reason for your return and we will get back to you with the next steps.

Sizing & More
Need help with sizing?
Sizing on our product is considered standard unless stated otherwise.
Garment measurements are provided on each product page, in the SIZING tab as well as the model's height and size they are wearing for your reference.
VINTAGE SIZING
All our vintage pieces are considered unisex. We resize all items using standard men's sizing.
We provide a marked size (from the garment tag) and our recommended size in the description of each item, as well as the model's height and their standard size for your reference.
For the most accurate size please refer to the garments recommended size.
