We try to ship the day we receive your order, if it is placed before 1pm. Orders placed during the weekend or after 1pm will be shipped on the following business day.

We offer overnight shipping to most urban addresses, however shipping times can be longer for rural addresses.

Shipping is Standard Post with NZ Couriers. The time frame is 7-10 days for delivery to urban addresses, this is can be slightly longer for rural addresses. Due to COVID-19 international shipping times can be delayed.
